Author K Webster has been running a membership club like this for over a year and has built up a healthy side income from her most loyal readers, all while keeping them happy with monthly exclusive extras like special signed hardcover editions of her books, character naming rights, and all sorts of branded swag. By offering different levels of rewards at a variety of pricing tiers, she’s able to offer options to a variety of readers and keep everyone happy.
