The most common reason you may not be able to reserve ARC books anymore is because you are too far behind in filling out the reader forms and/or leaving reviews for the books we’ve already sent you. The best way to resolve that is to fill those forms out as soon as possible.

The easiest way to do that is simply go to the Books You’re Reading section of the app. From there, you’ll see all the books we’ve sent that you haven’t filled the reader form out for. In some cases you’ll even still be able to download the book files if you didn’t already do that.

Once you get caught up, you should find that you are being chosen for books again. But if you have any issues with filling out the forms, please let us know!
